Loan Checklist

The following items may be critical to your loan being completed in a timely manner. Please provide them if they apply to you. Faxing or bringing in these items as quickly as possible will help expedite your loan.

  • All Loan Applications:

    $350.00 to be applied to closing costs

    Copy of drivers license

    Copy of social security cards (unless W-2's are provided) for both borrowers

    Two (2) months bank statements on all asset accounts

    Complete and sign all Application Package documents

  • Non Self-Employed Borrower:

    Last two (2) years of W-2's

    Thirty (30) days most current pay stubs, with year to-date totals

  • Self-Employed Borrower:

    Last two (2) years personal tax returns

    If twenty-five percent (25%) or more ownership, complete copies of last two (2) years business tax returns

  • Purchase:

    Fully Executed Contract, with all addendums, amendments, and signatures

  • Refinance:

    Copy of Warranty Deed, Survey, Title Policy, Hazard Insurance, and Tax Bill

  • Rental Property:

    Leases on Income Property

    Complete Real Estate Schedule of Property Owned

  • Construction:

    Contract and Plans
