SWBC will never sell its customer lists or nonpublic personal information to any third party.
SWBC respects your right to privacy, and we have always placed a high priority on protecting the personal information you provide us. SWBC agrees to maintain the confidentiality of personal consumer information solely for purposes of our Agreements, agrees that all confidential consumer information shall be held in strict confidence, using the same care as is used in handling its own confidential information, and agrees that it will not use such information to its own commercial advantage or in any other manner except in the performance of our Agreements.
Safeguarding Information Information about you is safeguarded in a number of ways. We use transport data encryption and storage password technology for storage of data in a controlled and secure environment, to protect personal information about you. We also employ a variety of physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in areas containing nonpublic personal information and maintain on-site supervision of these areas. Some of the measures taken to ensure the security of information about you include: - Secure facilities with access controls at public points of entry, as well as the use of security systems;
- Access to customer records is restricted to employees whom we determine need the information in order to provide products and services to you, such as underwriting, claims processing and policyholder service;

We provide them with the limited information they need to perform their services for SWBC;

It is SWBC's policy to include confidentiality and data protection provisions in the contracts we make with these companies. We provide the limited information they need to perform their services.

Online activities of consumers, therefore, may be subject to both the Privacy Policy and the Digital Privacy Practices.
SWBC’s Digital Privacy Practices explain our privacy practices regarding the information we collect about you when you visit or transact business on our Web site. They do not constitute a contract or create legal rights or modify or amend any agreements SWBC has with customers.
Information Storage If you submit an application or form to us online, or request an online transaction, SWBC may store the information you send in an electronic database. SWBC uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data stored in our systems.
