I rarely reply to customer service questionnaires but this time I really wanted to do so. From the day that we decided to take your loan offer we were treated in the most considerate and professional manner by everyone. It has been a very good experience and we feel strongly that we have Scott Heyden to thank for it. Scott kept in contact with us throughout the process. He was always pleasant and professional. When a week would pass he would call just to let us know that our loan was still being processed and at what point we had progressed to and what to expect next. It was so nice to not have to be the one making the calls and asking the questions. When we came to a slow down because of a title problem he called and explained what happened and then asked the manager to get involved to expedite resolving the problem. They did get the title problem resolved within a day or two. I also needed Scott's help in having a check reissued (my fault) it was done and overnighted to me within 2 days. I would gladly recommend your company to anyone needing a loan.
