The initial data collected will be used to request a credit report from a viable credit reporting agency acceptable to the lenders we broker to. Our clients information is only given to the institutions or lenders that we intend to do business with in order to obtain a credit decision depending on the eligibility of your credit documents and or the information submitted. Once the client data is collected and used by Mortgage Masters, Inc., it is generated into a loan transaction through our loan origination system (LOS), and in turn is processed through our office and the data will be submitted to the appropriate lender selected in accordance with the qualifying information provided. Data collected that is not used to generate a loan transaction is then purged from our website automatically.
