I am willing to look at each loan application individually and treat you like a person not a number. I am willing to invest the time and effort into a "challenging" loan application where my competitors are not. Most of my esteemed competition prefer to spend their time doing nothing else other than easy "cookie-cutter" loan applications. I know how to think outside of the box and will not let a challenging loan application intimidate me. If there is a way to approve your loan, I will find it.
