- W-2 forms for 2001 & 2002
- Pay stub(s) for current month
- Federal tax returns (all schedules) for 2001 & 2002 (if self-employed or receive commission income)
- Corporate tax returns for 2001 & 2002 (if self-employed)
- YTD Profit & Loss Statement (if self-employed)
- Bank statements on all accounts (all pages) for last 2 months
- Statements on investment accounts (all pages) for last 2 months
- Gift letter (if applicable)
- Divorce decree with property settlement (if applicable)
- Complete bankruptcy documents, including Discharge of Debtors (if applicable)
- Sales contract (for purchase only)
- Name, account #, and phone of landlord (covering 12 months)
- Application fee of $380
- Warranty deed, Title policy, Homeowners insurance (for refinance only)
- For Military Applications
All of the above as applicable PLUS:
* Copy of DD214 and Original Certificate of Eligibility
* LES statement covering the most recent 30 days
* Housing card and Statement of Service from Commander
