- FUNDS AND IRA'S (INTERNET STATEMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED) - The statement from the last quarter.
- ESTIMATED NET PROCEEDS FROM THE ONE YOU ARE SELLING - (If purchasing and applicable).
- NAME AND PHONE NUMBER OF INSURANCE AGENT - If you are purchasing, this information can be obtained prior to closing the escrow. It's best to acquire quotes at least two weeks prior to escrow closing.
