Any such change or update will be effective immediately on mailing or posting to our Web site, whichever is earlier. HOW WE SAFEGUARD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards and regulations to guard your information. We also pledge to respond to requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.
