In order to process your mortgage application, we collect information including name, address, social security number, assets/liabilities, property location and value, and Real Estate agent/relocation agent. If you apply for a mortgage loan. When you apply online you are issued a SECURE LENDING loan number, you will select a password to use. You will need these to access your personalized loan information and/or check your loan status online.

Contacting SECURE LENDING
When you contact SECURE LENDING with a question or suggestion we collect your name, email address, and telephone number. We only use personal information we collect to respond to and/or resolve your question or concern.
Optional information
When accessing the SECURE LENDING website, we may give you the option of submitting general information, such as whether you own a home, for purposes related to providing you with new financial products or services that may be of value to you. As required by law. Examples: The law requires that all mortgages and deeds of trust be recorded with the local county recorder's office.
The SECURE LENDING website may link you to other companies' websites that offer services that may be of interest to you. These companies do not obtain any specific information about you or your transaction on the SECURE LENDING website. You may also access the SECURE LENDING website from another company's website. We may collect Web traffic statistics from you and other consumers' Web browsers, and we may share this aggregated information with outside companies to assist them with assessing the effectiveness of their website content. No personal information is shared in this aggregated information.
CAN I ACCESS MY INFORMATION?
We provide you with the ability to view, and if necessary update and correct, information we maintain about you in our systems. Currently, access is limited to loan applications, SECURE LENDING loan status update, and select loan tools, including Rate Watch and Calculators.
Loan applications: You may view your mortgage loan application, by accessing your SECURE LENDING assigned loan number through the Apply Online tab. When you submit your application, we will send you a paper copy of your disclosures electronically. You may request a change or update to the information in your file by contacting your Loan Consultant at 480-951-5858.

HOW DOES SECURE LENDING SAFEGUARD MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
SECURE LENDING uses a variety of security safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. For example, you will only be able to access information in your SECURE LENDING loan by submitting the loan number assigned or username and password you created during registration. We provide access to your personal information to SECURE LENDING employees and other authorized parties on a "need to know" basis. In addition, we require that all employees attend our privacy training program and sign a Privacy Pledge that indicates that they are aware of SECURE LENDING's strictect privacy policies regarding using and disclosing information.
SECURE LENDING also uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology supporting up to 128-bit encryption to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing any personal information transmitted to or from SECURE LENDING during your session. We have also digital certificates for www.secureyourloans.com.

HOW LONG WILL MY INFORMATION BE STORED?
Federal and state agencies require that SECURE LENDING provide aggregated demographic and loan funding information about our loan applicants. We maintain electronic and hardcopy loan application information for funded/closed/withdrawn loans for a period of 7 years in accordance with federal and state laws.
