Ralph Buccinno established R-B FINANCIAL/MORTGAGES, INC. in 1991. Prior to starting the company Ralph worked in the real estate business for over twenty years. During his many years in real estate, Ralph gained the knowledge, skills and core values that he instilled in the establishment of R-B FINANCIAL/MORTGAGES, INC.

Since being founded, the company has grown from a one-man operation to a well organized, small, associate-supported business. Currently, his daughter Diane serves as Vice President and runs the day-to-day operations of the company.
