To complete your loan application we will need:

1) Copies of W-2's for 2008 and 2007

2) Copy of your most recent bank statement (all pages)

3) Consecutive paycheck stubs covering the last 30 days (three if paid every 2 weeks, two if paid twice a month)

4) Copy of your last statement from any of your asset accounts (all pages)

5) A copy of your Driver's license and copy of your Social Security Card
