SABRE Financial Limited Privacy Policy Disclosure 1. Information may be collected from persons other than you, the applicant (Borrower). 2. The types of personal information that may be collected include, but not limited to, wage, salary,occupation,employment,and/or financial information. Sources of information include, but not limited to, employer(s), financial institutions, credit reporting bureaus and public records. 3. We will not obtain or disclose any personal or privileged information about the applicant, collected or received, in connection with this loan unless it is with the written authorization of the applicant. 4. We will disclose information to a person other than a lending institution, agent or support organization, if the disclosure is reasonably necessary: a) To enable the person to perform a business of professional function in regard to your loan; or b) To enable the person to provide information to us and/or at our request for the purpose of determining the applicant's eligibility for a loan or detecting or preventing criminal activity, fraud, material misrepresentation or material nondisclosure in connection with the loan. 5. We will disclose information to a lending institution, agent or support organization if the information is limited to that which is reasonably necessary to detect or prevent criminal activity, fraud, material misrepresentation or material nondisclosure in connection with the loan. 6. We will disclose information to a banking and/or mortgage regulatory authority. 7. We will disclose information to a law enforcement or other governmental authority to protect our interests in preventing or prosecuting the perpetration of fraud upon us, or if we reasonably believe the applicant has conducted illegal activities. 8. We will disclose information in response to a valid administrative or judicial order, including a search warrant or subpoena. 9. We will disclose information to a professional peer review organization for the purpose of reviewing our service or conduct pursuant to obtaining the loan. Applicant's access to recorded personal information 10. If the applicant, after proper identification, submits a written request to us for access to recorded personal information about the applicant which has been obtained pursuant to the loan and which we can reasonably locate and retrieve we shall within thirty business days from receipt of the request: A. Inform the applicant of the nature and substance of the recorded personal information in writing, by telephone or by other oral communication, whichever we prefer. B. Permit the applicant to see and copy, in person, the recorded personal information pertaining to the applicant or to obtain a copy of the recorded personal information, whichever the applicant prefers. C. Disclose to the applicant the identity, if recorded, of those persons or organizations to whom we have disclosed the personal information in the course of obtaining the loan. D. Provide the applicant with a summary of the procedures by which the applicant may request correction, amendment or deletion of recorded personal information. 11. Except for personal information provided in connection with the correction of personal recorded information, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the costs incurred in providing a copy of recorded personal information to the applicant. Correction of recorded personal information; disputed information 12. Within thirty business days from receipt of a written request from the applicant to correct or amend or delete any recorded personal information about the applicant within our possession, we shall either: A. Correct, amend or delete the portion of the recorded personal information in dispute. B. Notify the applicant of our refusal to make the correction, amendment or deletion, the reasons for the refusal and the applicant's right to file a statement as provided in paragraph 14. 13. If we amend or delete recorded personal information, we shall so notify the applicant in writing and furnish the correction, amendment or fact of deletion to the individual or organization designated by the applicant. 14. If the applicant disagrees with our refusal to correct, amend or delete personal recorded personal information, the applicant may file with us a concise statement setting forth what the applicant thinks is correct, relevant or fair information and a concise statement why the applicant disagrees with our refusal to correct, amend or delete recorded personal information 15. If the applicant files either statement described in paragraph 14, we shall: A. File the statement with the disputed personal information and provide means by which anyone reviewing the disputed information will be made aware of the applicant's statement and have access to it. B. In any subsequent disclosure by us of the recorded personal information that is subject to disagreement, clearly identify the matter in dispute and provide the applicant's statement along with the recorded personal information being disclosed. C. Furnish the statement to the person or organization and in the manner prescribed in paragraph 13.
