Loan Checklist

- Go to the bottom of the HOME PAGE to pay for Appraisal and Credit Report Fees if they apply
- W-2 Forms
Past Two (2) years for all borrowers - copy acceptable
- PAY STUBS
MOST RECENT two (2) pay stubs or number needed to cover a full month
- BANK STATEMENTS
Most recent two (2) months bank statements on all Checking/Savings Accounts. Must include ALL PAGES. Copies are acceptable - (INTERNET PRINTOUTS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED)
- INVESTMENT/STOCK BROKERAGE ACCOUNT STATEMENTS
Provide your most recent statement on these accounts. Copies are acceptable. (INTERNET PRINTOUTS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED)
- ESTIMATED NET PROCEEDS FROM THE HOME YOU ARE SELLING
(If you have already sold your previous home, please provide a copy of the SIGNED settlement statement on that transaction.)
- PLANS AND SPECS - and COST ESTIMATE OR BUILDER CONTRACT If proposed construction
- A SIGNED COPY OF YOUR SALES CONTRACT IF A PURCHASE
- BANKRUPTCY PAPERS
If filed within the past 7 years, please provide a complete copy of your papers, including a copy of the Discharge.
- DIVORCE DECREE, SEPARATION AGREEMENT, AND/OR ANY CHILD SUPPORT AGREEMENT IF APPLICABLE
- LEASE AGREEMENTS ON RENTAL PROPERTIES
Please include a complete schedule of property owned showing the lender for each property, the date acquired and the approximately monthly payment.
- PROOF OF CHILD SUPPORT AND/OR ALIMONY RECEIVED
if you wish to use this income to qualify for your loan.

- FEDERAL TAX RETURNS
