To qualify for a mortgage and to determine the rate and terms of the mortgage depends on several factors. The rate depends on your Credit Worthiness. A Credit Score Profile (FICO Score) is similar to an SAT score for college admission. A FICO Score can range from 300 to 850.  The Higher the FICO Score the Lower the Interest Rate and Vice Versa. We offer a variety of Mortgages to suit all Borrower Credit Types. You must have enough income to support the monthly mortgage payment, taxes, & homeowner's insurance.  It is harder to get approved for a mortgage these days. We will qualify you prior to an application being taken and let you know how much of a house you can afford.  Not all borrowers will qualify for a Mortgage Loan. Low credit score and no income or stated Mortgages are available at greatly reduced LTV amounts and higher interest rates.
