Since I first obtained the system in 2002 to this date you have made amazing progress in making the system user friendly at the same time sophisticated for those users who are technically savvy. I have been comparing the value of your system to the other systems in the market. I feel that the nearest competitor to your system is twice as expensive with half as much features. The Cadillac of your competitor sells their system for as much as 30 times your price and can be used only by large companies that have IT departments or a sophisticated user groups. vLender has helped automate and improve Hometrust Mortgage Company’s application process. Our organization fully capitalizes on the import feature vLender offers with our front-end mortgage system. Once the borrower applies on the website, notification is sent to the loan officer. The loan officer then downloads the data to the Hometrust Mortgage Software where the borrower’s application is ready to be submitted for approval. vLender’s customer support team has personally helped Hometrust Mortgage Company to improve its web based integration process. vLender’s customer support team have helped deploy each of our loan officer’s web sites by offering our loan officer’s hands on training and customization for their individual sites. It is a pleasure to work with a company in which support can still be easily obtained over the phone along with the email and its web based support site.
