About our network operations center!


vLender.com's Network Operations Center is located along the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in Lindon, Utah just south of Salt Lake City in the heart of Utah’s own Silicon Valley. Located within The Canopy Data Center Building a “state of the art” facility dedicated by the Governor of Utah in November 2000 and owned by The Canopy Group, a prominent IT venture capital firm whose headquarters is located on the third floor of the building. For administrative purposes, vLender.com also has offices in Saint George, Utah.

All data center staff must sign in with the security guards at the facility entrance.

MIT   Security Alarms

Alarms throughout the Data Centers are monitored, and responded to, around the clock.

MIT   Electronic Surveillance

All activity in and around the Data Centers are digitally monitored by video cameras and electronic motion sensors.

MIT   Security Clearance

In addition to the security staff, access is controlled by state-of-the-art identification systems, including a biometric hand scanner.

MIT   Un-Interruptible Power Supply

The main electrical room provides clean, consistent power via multiple redundant switchgear and UPS systems.

MIT   Emergency Energy

Backup diesel generators ensure a consistent power supply to the facility. 50,000 gallons of fuel is stored on site and fuel supply companies are on stand-by to provide additional diesel in an emergency.

MIT   Temperature Controlled

Consistent temperature and humidity ranges in the Data Center are maintained by redundant cooling systems and raised flooring.

MIT   Fire Safe

Multiple levels of fire protection include early warning detection, FM200 gas based suppression, and double pre-action dry pipe systems.

MIT   Control Center

24/7/365 fully staffed command center monitors all Internet operations and environment conditions.
